DAK Intermediaries Collective chooses Novulo platform for integrated customer view

DAK Intermediaries Collective chooses Novulo to achieve an integrated customer view. With this new platform, DAK wants to better serve its consulting offices and end customers by bringing data from different systems together in one central environment. For example, DAK is taking an important step towards an integrated IT landscape that provides more insight, better services and more efficient processes.

DAK Intermediaries Collective chooses Novulo platform for integrated customer view

From fragmentation to a single customer view

DAK Intermediaries Collective is a cooperative of 1,600 consulting firms that have access to a wide range of financial products, including mortgages, insurance and car leases, via DAK. For information provision, data is brought together in the Central Customer System (CKS), but an integrated customer view is currently still missing. As a result, it is not clear, for example, whether a customer is served by different advisors for the mortgage, the insurance package and a lease car. This limits the quality and efficiency of services to both the advisor and the end customers.

Flexible and future-proof platform

In the coming months, DAK will replace the existing CKS custom application with the Novulo platform. By integrating and deduplicating data, the new platform will soon offer one reliable customer view in which advisors, DAK employees and end customers always have the same up-to-date information. This makes it possible for DAK to optimize and further automate customer and business processes.

Self-direction leads to faster innovation

With the new platform, DAK gets more control over the further development and maintenance of its IT systems, making it less dependent on external parties. DAK's application managers can independently link data sources, set up processes and add new intelligent functionalities to the platform. This not only offers more flexibility, but also contributes to a streamlined IT landscape with lower management costs, faster turnaround times and uniform data and process structures.

Mark van Uffelen, IT director at DAK Intermediaries Collective: “Novulo offers us a powerful platform with a comprehensive set of proven functionalities that can be deployed immediately. The flexibility to easily add new functionalities ourselves ensures that we can always respond to future developments and growth. We can now do much more independently.”

Frank Wille, CEO at Novulo: “We are very proud to be able to deliver the platform to DAK after a careful selection. We will train the team at DAK to carry out the implementation independently, roll it out in phases and continue to innovate. With this step, DAK is initiating an important movement: from dependency to control, from limitation to flexibility.”
